Concentration in Organizational Leadership

The Organizational Leadership concentration equips students with the essential skills, knowledge, and competencies needed to excel in leadership roles across various sectors, including for-profit companies, nonprofit organizations, and government institutions. In today's globally competitive marketplace, domestic and multinational enterprises seek leaders with the business acumen to drive their organizations forward. The curriculum involves studying fundamental leadership theories and applying strategies focused on achieving long-term sustainability with integrity and authenticity.
